The Science of Stress

As a registered nurse and cardiac and pulmonary rehabilitation specialist for more than 37 years now, I have taught this class on Stress Management to hundreds of people and always get requests from people wishing that their “non-cardiac-rehab” friends and family could see what they’ve seen and learn what I was teaching. While it was developed specifically for cardiac patients, I consider these essential operating instructions for anyone with a human body, so I now offer this class for free to anyone who might find it helpful. You don’t need any medical training because I teach in easy-to-understand language.
