About the Author

Lynda Meyers, RN

I’ve been a Registered Nurse for 35+ years and in addition my western medical expertise I am also a Certified Yoga Teacher, A Certified Breath Coach, A Certified Flexibility Coach, a Meditation Teacher and a Reiki Master / Teacher.

I’ve traveled the world and am an avid motorcyclist. Currently I ride a Harley and a Honda, but I’ve ridden just about everything, so I have a good understanding not only of the way our bodies move and function, but also of the demands placed on riders’ bodies with long days spent in the saddle.

Because I’ve spent my career teaching patients about all aspects of their bodies and their health, this E-Book contains a lot more than just riding advice. It’s a whole body introduction to what it means to get–and keep–your body running smoothly for years to come, so that you can add more years to your life AND life to your years.

This video is a generic introduction that you’ll find on my website’s About page, but will help you get to know a little bit about me and my philosophy of teaching and understanding the health-disease continuum.
