Invest In Your Body. You Only Get One.
This was me in Nepal, the day before I was hospitalized with an intestinal parasite, severe dehydration and a gallbladder that needed to be removed emergently. I knew something was very wrong. I hadn’t kept much down for several days and was having intense abdominal pain every time I even sipped water. Why on earth would I have gotten on a motorcycle in a developing country and ridden that day anyway?
If you ride, you already know the answer to that question.
I mean…it was NEPAL. When was I likely to get back there and have a chance to ride that terrain again? Sound familiar?
We all have challenges. We all ride anyway.
I’m not saying it was the smartest decision I ever made, but when you really love something, you tend to ignore the signals your body is giving you, push too hard, or just…ride anyway.
I learned some important lessons that trip about my body’s limitations, and came dangerously close to losing my life. It’s important to learn how to tune in, and to recognize your body’s signals. To do the right things to stay safe and healthy. I want you to get stronger so you can ride longer.
I created this material so that you could learn how to do just that.
All you have to do is click play once a day.
In just three weeks you’ll be well on your way. Your joints will be more mobile, your muscles will be stronger, and you’ll have 42 new tools you can use to understand your body better!

You’ve got a friend in me. Sometimes it helps a lot to have someone to work out with. Someone to lead you through with the right form and help you to know what to look out for and how to know if you’re doing it right! I’ll be with you every day, and every step of the way.

“It’s not usually the bike that breaks down first, it’s the rider.”
